Located in the Odivelas area has around 120m2 with a parking space, in a central area and close to access roads in Odivelas, on the road to Paiã. The FOOD HUB enters the market with the concept of dark kitchens, that is, the leasing of professional kitchens to support delivery and take-away operations. There are 4 professional kitchens with dimensions between 10m2 and 20m², with kitchen equipment included (stove, oven, griddles, barbecue grill, smoke extraction, cold storage cabinet, freezer cabinets, storage cupboards, shelves, deep fryers, washbasins, work, dirty lava bench). Storage areas allocated to each of the kitchens up to 6m2. Use of common areas (bathrooms, terrace). With more than 2500 requests per month, the project guarantees a NET profitability of around €3000 per month, supported by long-term contracts.
